A woman’s options aren’t limited to just choosing someone to be with.
A woman isn’t required to be with anyone.
A woman is 100% entitled to be alone if her available options for dating would not increase her net happiness.
So, no. No one is “incomplete” because they are single. When women (or anyone) complains about lack of dating options, they are complaining about two things: 1) that so many people expect them to be pursuing relationships, and 2) that the options for this “required” pursuit are all jerky people, one way or another.
If flaws X, Y, and Z happen to be dealbreakers for a person, then they are not required to try to overlook those flaws in order to see just how super-great that person claims to be.
So there you go. If your options are A) date a jerk who will make your life nominally (or greatly) more miserable or B) be alone, why should you pick A over B?

I liked this article. It was funny.
“Hey, wanna hang out sometime this week?”
“How’s your day going?”
“Hey, I was wondering what your schedule was like for the next week?”
“Is there a good time this week to meet up?”
“I hope you’re well. Wanna do something soon?”
“Hey, I was just thinking about you. Are you free anytime this week?”
“I haven’t heard from you. Let me know if you are free at all to hang out.”
“Just wanted to say hi. If you are around, let me know.”
